Strato-Ops Conference International 2026

The HAPS Alliance will participate in the Strato-Ops Conference International 2026, taking place September 2–4, 2026, at the ANA Holiday Inn Resort Miyazaki in Miyazaki, Japan. This in-person conference brings together industry leaders, researchers, policymakers, and professionals from around the world to exchange insights, showcase emerging technologies, and discuss best practices shaping the future of the field. Attendees can expect engaging presentations, panel discussions, networking and collaborative opportunities focused on driving progress across the stratospheric operations community.

Russ Van Der Werff, President of the HAPS Alliance and Vice President of Stratospheric Solutions at Aerostar, will speak at the conference. His presentation, “Going Operational: From Demonstrations to Deployments,” will explore the transition from HAPS demonstrations to operational deployment.
