HAPS Alliance 2026 Member Meeting

The 2026 HAPS Alliance Member Meeting took place from 29 September–1 October 2026 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, hosted by Aerostar.

Centered on the theme, HAPS at Work: Powering Progress in Open Skies, the meeting brought the industry’s momentum front and center. HAPS Alliance members, industry leaders, and partners came together to explore the real-world impact of High Altitude Platform Stations (HAPS), including operational progress, emerging applications, and the policies, technologies, and partnerships accelerating what comes next for the HAPS ecosystem.

Over the course of the meeting, attendees participated in forward-looking industry discussions, interactive Working Group sessions, and valuable networking opportunities. The program also included a tour of the Aerostar Production Facility, a South Dakota–inspired group activity, and an opportunity to experience Aerostar’s work firsthand.
