1. 1. Please review the below criteria for becoming a HAPS Alliance member at any level prior to submitting an application. Should you have any questions about your organization's eligibility, please contact [email protected].

      • All applicants are subject to the approval by the HAPS Alliance Executive Board.
      • Applying organizations must be able to demonstrate alignment with the HAPS Alliance’s mission.
      • Applying organizations must be able to demonstrate current, relevant activity within the HAPS technology community
      • All membership applications must be submitted with a primary contact email address matching their company domain.
      • All company URLs resolve to a maintained website with a copyright date after 2020
   2. Review the HAPS Alliance Bylaws, IPR Policy and Membership Agreement and submit the Membership Application below. Any questions can be directed to [email protected], who can provide answers or connect you with a resource within the HAPS Alliance as needed.

      The HAPS Alliance membership team will review your application for completeness within three business days. If your application is complete, it will be sent to the Executive Board for approval. The approval period is one week. If there are any questions or further review required, you will be notified and kept informed of the status. 

   3. Execute the Membership Agreement
      Once your application is approved, you will receive a Membership Agreement to be executed; the individual executing the Membership Agreement on behalf of the applicant Company warrants that he or she has all requisite signing authority for and on behalf of the entity seeking entry. Once the executed Membership Agreement is received, the HAPS Alliance team will send you welcome materials and an invoice for your annual membership fee. 
   4. Pay applicable initial Membership Fee associated with the Member level selected.
      Membership privileges will commence upon acceptance of the Agreement by the HAPS Alliance Executive Board, which shall occur after the receipt of the initial Membership Fee associated with the Member level selected. The HAPS Alliance team will execute the Membership Agreement and send you a fully executed copy.
