The HAPS Alliance is hosting a panel session at Mobile World Congress 2023 on Wednesday, 01 March from 12:00 to 13:00 at Hall 7, Theatre 5. Do you or your organization have plans to attend, 27 February to 2 March, 2023 in Barcelona too?
